Copyright Statement

General Protection: All content published on the Grand View Culture and Art Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “the Foundation”) website is protected under the Copyright Act. This includes, but is not limited to, text, photography, images, audio recordings, video, and other information, except for those defined by law as not being the subject of copyright (such as laws, regulations, official speeches, or press releases drafted by civil servants in the course of their duties, as per Article 9 of the Copyright Act).
Public Domain Materials: Anyone is free to use the aforementioned materials that are not the subject of copyright. We encourage broad public utilization of such resources.
Authorized Use: Any content on the Foundation’s website protected by the Copyright Act may only be used after obtaining the prior consent or authorization of the Foundation and the respective copyright holder(s).
Rights Management Information: Electronic rights management information marked on the Foundation’s website shall not be removed or altered without permission, except under the following circumstances as per Article 80-1 of the Copyright Act: where the legal use of the work is impossible without removing or altering such information, or where the removal or alteration is technically necessary due to recording or transmission system conversion.

Collection and Use of Personal Data

Internal Use Only: Personal data obtained through the Foundation’s website shall only be used internally within the scope and for the purposes originally described.
Third-Party Disclosure: Unless specified in advance or required by applicable laws in Taiwan, the Foundation will not provide users’ personal data to third parties or use it for any other purposes.
Automatic Data Logging: The website automatically logs data related to users’ browsing activities. This information is used solely for traffic analysis and online behavior research to improve the service quality of the website.
