Selection Process

1. Preliminary Selection
Applications will be reviewed by the Grand View Art Village Annual Advisory Committee based on the quality of the applicant’s artistic practice and the proposed residency project. Selected applicants will advance to the final interview.

2. Final Interview
The final interview will be held in person at Grand View Art Village on November 25, 2026. Applicants who advance to the final stage are kindly requested to reserve this date in advance.

Applicants will be asked to prepare a presentation introducing their artistic practice and proposed residency project. The committee will evaluate each applicant’s ability to carry out the proposed project during the residency, as well as its potential engagement with the local context, before making the final selection.

Applicants advancing to the final interview will be notified by email by the end of October. Applicants who are not selected for the final interview will not be contacted individually.

3. Final Announcement
The final list of selected artists will be announced in mid-November 2026 on the official Grand View Art Village website and social media channels.
