Recipient of the 5th Grand View Emerging Artist Award, Visual Arts Category

Born in Taipei, Taiwan, in 1993, the artist graduated from the MFA program in Art and Design at National Tsing Hua University, with a focus on studio practice. Working mainly with painting and mixed media, the artist often collects discarded wood pieces and objects from everyday surroundings, recording them or transforming them into works.

At the core of the artist’s practice is a continuous reflection on lived experience, self-exploration, memory, and the passage of time.
