2026 Autumn Artist Residency Program Resident Artists
Ching-Wei WANG (b. 1998, Taiwan) is an artist working between Taipei, New York, and New Hampshire. Shaped by Taiwan’s particular postwar statehood, her practice explores the latent poetics of politics, the politics embedded in language, and the ways historical memory is constructed. Working across writing, translation, performance, photography, archival imagery, and artist’s books, Wang has exhibited in New York, San Francisco, Mexico, Seoul, and Taipei. She is a recipient of the Museum of Contemporary Photography’s Snider Prize and a finalist for the Kaohsiung Award.
